LOGO COMPETITION
Purpose:
To design a logo for our webpage and any other documents related to our project.

Regulations:
* The Logo should reflect one or some of the individual actions we can make to improve the environment and to fight against the climatic change.
* The Logo's concept should be simple, giving a clear message of the value of individual actions in favour of a better environment.
* The image should not be photographic.
* The proposed logo should be original and the result of the personal creative work of the students. It should not be a reproduction, copy or imitation of an existing work.
* It should be designed to fit into a square or circle shape.
* Flexibility is a key requirement, including the need to resize easily and to look good in black and white as well as in colour.
* It must incorporate the text: "Save The Polar Bears. Comenius Project 2012-2014"
* It must adapt well to electronic and print media, to reproduction on small surfaces, and for use in colour or in greyscale.
* Works should be presented in A4 format.
* At the back of the A4 participants must write their names as well as a brief explanatory text for the work proposed: meaning of the symbols and colours in relation to the objectives of our project, that is to create an awareness of the necessity of living more ecologically.

Entries will be judged according to the following criteria:
* Application of the requisite elements mentioned above,
* Creativity and originality of the proposal;
* The evocative nature of the work and its aesthetic value.
* Legibility in small and big size.
* Degree of ease in manipulation of the logo, its transposition and adaptation to the various materials and uses, whether on printed documents or electronic media, as well as for any other application, such as colour reproduction, reproduction on small surfaces, etc;

POSSIBLE DAY TRIPS FROM SEVILLA

For those teachers who have been already in Sevilla or those who want to visit other cities there are a couple of day trips that can be interesting: CÁDIZ or CÓRDOBA are beautiful cities well connected by train. You can check prices and the timetable here:
http://www.renfe.com/EN/viajeros/horarios.html
Notice that to Córdoba there are two type of trains: the high-speed train (AVE and AVANT) that takes about 45 m. but is more expensive, and normal trains which take about 1h15 minutes and are half price.
